The three chapters -- II, V, and VI - from Sister Bonaventure's thesis that are presented here are relevant to the presence of the Mexican exiled clergy in San Antonio as well as to their intersection with the Sisters of Charity of the Incarnate Word. Sister Bonaventure will be better known in later years as Sister Margaret Rose Palmer (1924-2025).  //

La hermana Bonaventure será más conocida en años posteriores como la hermana Margaret Rose Palmer (1924-2025).
